Continuing to meddle with Vista. Got sound working on the old AudioMax by Realtek and everything else seems to work since almost every error has a help article on the GINORMOUS m!cr0$0ft resource center. Not only is every software, but it seems every menu item has an error and suggested solutions knowledge base. Ontop of this is the user forum and feedback agents. It’s nice place to take a dip.

I’ve got Office Beta working now with printer and going to test using a scanner. It’s time consuming learning to walk again with Vista, but it only means its worth it for me. The navigation is intuitive and you hardly ever get stumped. And then all it takes is a search or a click (some errors are immideately followed by links to the knowledge base)
